Show curator Jeff Perry has been described as “…fabulous…one of the Twin Cities’ best” by the Dakota and is known for his “hip retooling of pop songs” (Star Tribune). In addition to performing regularly at top night clubs in the area he and his Sonic Dream trio play for many high-profile events and clients including the MN Vikings, The Twin Cities Auto Show, Star Tribune, The MN Food & Wine Show, the Ordway, MN Zoo and many others.
Zacc Harris has gained a reputation as one of the upper Midwest’s top guitarists, being named 2017 Twin Cities Best Jazz Artist by City Pages. His 2021 album Small Wonders was named in Downbeat Magazine‘s Best Albums of the Year list, receiving a glowing four-star review from critic Bill Milkowski.
Ben Abrahamson is a fresh, dynamic voice on the acoustic guitar. His compositions evoke the dexterity of flamenco and the harmonic storytelling of jazz. He is described as having “extraordinary labyrinths of imagination” (Tim Sparks). He’s studied with flamenco guitarists Juan Ramón Caro at Taller de Músics in Barcelona, Pedro Cortés, Jr., Chuscales, and Michael Hauser. Ben is a regular performer with Zorongo Flamenco and a faculty member at MacPhail Center for Music.
Chris Olson has been performing Jazz, Pop, Classical, and Latin American music in the Twin Cities area since the previous millennium. A long-time educator in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Chris has been a Beatles fan since hearing “Let It Be” on the school bus in kindergarten.
